Hormone Therapy

TRT, done by the protocol.

Testosterone replacement therapy is a long-term medical commitment, not a quick fix. We run comprehensive labs, screen thoroughly, and require a telehealth consult with a licensed provider before anyone is approved. If you're not a candidate, we'll tell you.

How it works

  1. 1

    Symptom & history intake

You share symptoms, medical history, medications, and fertility plans.

  2. 2

    Comprehensive lab panel

We draw a full hormone and safety panel — mobile, at a time that works for you.

  3. 3

    Required telehealth consult

A licensed provider reviews your labs with you and determines clinical eligibility.

  4. 4

    Protocol & monitoring

If approved, you get a documented protocol with scheduled follow-up labs and dose review.

Follow-up labs are repeated on a set schedule to monitor hematocrit, estradiol, and prostate health for as long as you remain on therapy.

TRT can affect fertility, red blood cell production, and cardiovascular risk factors. Candidates with untreated sleep apnea, elevated hematocrit, active prostate concerns, or near-term fertility plans may be declined or referred. Eligibility is always a clinical decision made by your provider.

Start with a screening

Request your hormone screening and lab draw — the consult follows once results are in.

A lab draw is required before your TRT consult. If you qualify, your telehealth consult with a provider is free.
